The Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation (PTSF) seeks an enthusiastic individual with healthcare experience to help educate, develop and guide hospitals that are pursuing or maintaining trauma center accreditation. Reporting to the Director of Accreditation and working closely with PTSF staff, the Manager of Trauma Center Development collaborates with participants throughout the state.

The Manager of Trauma Center Development is responsible for overseeing trauma center development processes including communication, education and guidance related to compliance with the standards of accreditation for trauma centers.
Interested applicants must have:
Minimum, five years of experience in a healthcare-related field
Project management and organizational skills
Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient use of standard word processing/spreadsheet software packages
Availability for overnight, work-related travel
Valid PA driver’s license
Preferred requirements include:
Master’s Degree in a related course of study
Previous experience within a trauma center
