A member of the management team. Facilitates the Trauma Outreach, Education and Injury Prevention Programs for Wesley Medical Center’s Trauma Services. Assumes primary responsibility for designing, planning, developing, providing and evaluating programs for healthcare organizations across the State of Kansas. Functions within the RN job description. - You have a current Registered Nurse License in the state of Kansas or current EMT/Paramedic Certification, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) upon or after hire pending enrollment in first available course
- Completion of dysrhythmia upon hire or after pending enrollment in first available course
- We would like to fill this position with an RN or EMT/Paramedic who has 1 to 2 years of Trauma experience or 5 to 10 years of ED experience
