The Trauma Program Manager collaborates with the Trauma Medical Director in establishing standards of practice for the trauma patients. He/she will coordinate and evaluate the nursing care of trauma patients at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. The coordinator will promote the professional development of trauma nursing and perform all duties in accordance with the Pennsylvania Trauma System Foundation.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BSN required. MSN preferred
-Prior work experience suitable for the position is preferred.
-Clinical Supervision of ancillary nursing personnel
-Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure or temporary practice permit
